First meetings are always a little awkward.
It's like a first date, you never know what's going to happen
or if you're going to like the other person. So we have put
together this little example of how a new project rolls through
our shop. It will give you some insight on how we operate.
The Kick Off Meeting You have a new project that needs to launch
in two months and you're not sure where to start. You need
help but who's going to work as hard as you do and make sure
all of the little details are taken care of? Hmmm... Let's
give Wordhouse Creative a shot and see what they are all about.
You call and make an appointment. Easy enough so far. We show
you the WC portfolio and explain the high level of service
and creativity each of our clients receive and the continuos
focus on detail WC gives for each project. We then ask you
about your needs. From there we continue to ask you basic
questions about the project and fills out a Creative Brief
that will be used in the next step, the estimate. You ask
about prices and we give you ball park numbers but we also
state that we can't give you hard numbers on the project until
we write up an estimate. Hey, the estimate doesn't cost anything
so you give the go ahead to see some real numbers.
